Director Donald P. Moffet 

Director Don Moffet is a successful senior executive with more than 18 years with full profit and loss responsibilities. He presently is President of Moffet Associates which assists privately held companies in raising working capital for growth as well as assistance in improving financial results. His distinguished career includes Vice President of Midwest Technical Development Corp., venture capital firm; Honeywell, Inc. where he lead the company's acquisition and divestiture activities; AM International, Inc. where he was Vice President of Marketing; President of Sycor, Inc.; and Corporate Vice President of the Perkin Elmer Corp.

As President of Zenith Data Systems he established extensive overseas sales through wholly owned subsidiaries and a network of dealers. At Fujitsu Systems of America, Inc., as President and CEO, he led a turnaround from a $30 million revenue year with a $10 million operating loss to a growing profitable subsidiary of Fujitsu, Ltd. with revenues of $140 million. He founded Moffet Associates in 1995.
